Apart from composing, Carlos Micháns has always, since childhood, been drawn to sketching.

Between 1973 and 1980 he showed some of his drawings, paintings and even woodcarvings in public exhibitions in Buenos Aires (Argentina).

Later, due to lack of time, drawing became limited to sketching during travels and illustrating his own literary publications, except for a few larger, purely artistic works.
